I’ve ordered from here before and the products have been perfect but this time it’s been a month and I still haven’t received my order nor had any reply to my emails to customer service!
The collar looked lovely but it stretched so much over the first two weeks that it was too big for her to wear safely. Couldn’t make extra holes because of the engraving. Glad I didn’t throw her old one away
Good value for money
I live the collar and it’s engraving, but only one thing is that the ring for the lead to hook onto is just slightly too small?.
I find it difficult attaching his lead to it ? But apart from that it’s very good!!
The engraving on these was so poor you can’t see it on 3/5 of the collars. Wouldn’t recommend.
We absolutely love our dog tag. It was better than we expected it to be and visually looks good.

Really pleased with quality - not a cheap product but certainly good quality. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size collar for my three dogs so I haven’t been able to use them - expensive mistake
The tag is really nice but the writing/engraving against the light green is hard to read. It is more clear on red.

Excellent service and early delivery
My cats are very happy with these collars, but I do remove the bells before fitting them. The collars are comfortable for the cats to wear and they do actually release if they get caught up on anything, keeping the cats safe. I have ordered several of these now, as they do wear out and fray over time with use, and also the cats can lose their collars. I fully expect to be ordering more of these great little collars in the future.
Unfortunately the font size was terribly small and the text was almost unnoticeable
