A lamp shade consists of 30 coherently designed pieces and every prominence is incrementally rotated to give a product a twisted volume. It is painted and varnished with high quality water based user friendly materials. Varnish is an extra strong who protects the product and non-yellowing. Product is fully assembled and ready to hang. LAMP HOLDER’S DIAMETER:
Our lampshades are designed to fit standard UK (BC B22) screw ceiling lamp holders (Ceiling Pendant). The Ø (diameter) is 29.3mm. Please bear in mind that this order will become custom order so please allow us 2 or 3 working days to make, assemble and dispatch. Our standard UK products are already prepared for dispatch so they will leave us or our warehouses in most European countries same day or within 24 hours.
There is no need an order preparation when product comes with standard specification for UK market – lamp holder Ø (diameter) is 29.3mm. When we need to prepare custom order it usually takes 2 or 3 business days. We always strive to do our best to send your order as soon as we can. We prepare and ship orders only during the working days, which means Monday to Friday and weekends are not included to this period. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Keep this in mind if you need your order to come on time! You need to know that sending (preparing) and shipping (delivery) are 2 absolutely different processes, that means each of them needed its own term to be made.
Due to customs and their working process the international packages’ delivery cannot be guaranteed by a certain date. Remember this fact! This is the responsibility of your local post office or courier. Delivery could vary due to national holidays. If you want to get your parcel on time, please make your order earlier. We take full responsibility for our products, for their shipping, delivery, damage or loss. In case of damage during delivery or loss (please allow a necessary time to sort the loss out with courier) we can replace the product by new one. Our products are well made. If you order confirmation doesn't contain a tracking link then you can contact us by internal channel messaging system. We will aim to answer to all your questions within 24 hours seven days a week. Please be sure to include your Order Reference number in any communication to help us quickly identify your order and assist with providing information on its whereabouts. For your information, we don't list products on channels which are out of stock so any delays in delivery are never down to an 'awaiting stock' issue. Likewise, deliveries are made from UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France and USA warehouses to ensure fastest delivery times for local orders.
