Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for them. If there is a problem with the item please get in touch and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem. We would request that a photograph of the defected item is provided in order for us to issue a replacement or a refund.
Full refund of the cost of the goods will be given upon conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition. The refund will be processed in 5 working days after receiving the goods.
