Non-personalised items: we accept the returns for a refund.
Personalised items: because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for them. If there is a problem with the item, please get in touch, and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem. We would request that a photograph of the defected item is provided for us to issue a replacement or a refund.
A refund of the cost of the goods will be given upon conditions being met, and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition. The refund will be processed in 5 working days after receiving the goods.
We do not refund for the postage when orders come back to us for reasons: Couldn't forward, Refused, Wrong Address, Incomplete Address, etc.
We do not refund for the personalised items because the product is made just for you and it is not re-saleable anymore.
