HOW TO PERSONALISE:

You can write your pet's name/your name and/or phone number. Also if required additionally we can engrave on the other side. Special symbols/images/emoji won't be included (i.e. heart, dog face etc.) and the product will be dispatched without sending a notification email.

Engraving font sizes will vary according to the length of the wording.

Please be very careful when sending your details: we will engrave your words exactly as you send them to us. We will copy and paste your information provided. Font won't be changed, and engraving position is at our discretion.

You can choose between 4 wood types, 2 thickness, 8 shapes and 3 sizes.

MATERIAL:

Real solid wood.

Thickness - 3mm or 5mm

As these are natural wood products, colours may vary.

2 keyrings included - 16mm and 10mm diameter, silver colour.

Rings are not attached so you will need tools to connect them, but for an additional small fee, we can do it for you.

IMPORTANT:

Little burns are typical due to engraving.

SAFETY NOTICE:

Tags are tough, but they are not indestructible, we cannot be held responsible for items that become worn due to general use.

We cannot guarantee the length of time tag will last your cats or dogs, as this is down to the individual pet's chewing/tearing abilities. Please do not leave unsupervised with your pet.

CAUTION:

Proper supervision is advised when playing with the collar and the tag to ensure no accidental swallowing. This tag should be regularly inspected to ensure there is no damage. If any damage is seen, then the tag should be discarded.
